I am a certified big fan of this brewery and still yet to have a bad beer which considering I have had so many variations of styles from Pale Ale to Nutty Brown to DIPA and even Saison they have many strings to their bows and all those bows are good, they even made me giddy with their Peach Sour 'Peach of a Weekend' so when I saw this Strawberry one I will fully trust that this will be good, so was I right to think this?

The 'beerart' like always with Wild Weather was interesting and fun with Strawberry Zombie's coming out of their graves while the look of the beer was clear red and very little head like many sour beers always tend to be. This smell and taste section is going to be pretty short business because it does what it says on the can and it's strawberry, like having a swimming pool full of strawberry syrup from a tin, not like a fresh strawberry scent which is slightly floral this was just a big sugar monster. The taste again strawberry syrup with a bit of tartness which considering it's a sour beer it was going to have that aspect to it. The most unique part of this beer was that it also contained 'lactose' which is certainly the first I have had this in a sour which is predominately quite thin to clean the palate.

Again for me Wild Weather once again did a great job in beer making, no matter what style they just do it well and for a person who is not convinced on sours still I know if I pick up their sour beers it will taste of the fruit before sourness which for me should be the backup dancers, not the lead singers like many tend to do.

Rating: 4/5.
