Looking back on my phone the term throughout my notes was 'Orange Orgasm' several times just to give you an indication of what this beer is all about. Now this is a collaboration between Northern Monk who in the last few months have been going at the beer world like a Trojan with all manner of styles and flavour smashing sensations, Verdant who are making some of the very best IPA's in the United Kingdom and a relatively new boy to me in DEYA who are on the lips of many beer lovers so you really could not ask for three better breweries at the moment, so could all 3 make a beautiful symphony of a beer?

Well the beer to look at was gorgeous with a deep haze (hence the name) and a bright orange colour so you just knew this was going to be a fruit banger of a beer; as for the head it was slightly off white it did dissipate quite quickly although a thin layer did remain. The beerart by Jon Simmons on the can was also very eyecatching a bit of class in all honesty with a white, black and gold colour scheme with two 'Gentleman Jack' boxers, there was also a secondary sticker describing the beer and the brewers which is something Northern Monk have been doing quite a bit recently especially with the numbered series.

The aroma was big on citrus mainly orange but you then got some nose of grapefruit and lemon, with lingering pine just on the backnote. The taste was just incredible, I had this beer a few months ago now and the flavour of this is still reminiscent very vividly on my brain which says it all. Now to the taste you get the standard tropical fruits of grapefruit and lemon etc, but the overriding flavour to it was sweet orange and I mean orange to the point it was punching your tonsils for the entire 440ml of the drinking experience - I adore orange so this was a big win as I tend to be hugely disappointed by beers with orange in the title, this was just simply outstanding.

So did Northern Monk, Verdant & DEYA make beautiful beer music together? To put it in a class I would very avidly place it in the World Class section, this was Mozart's Eine Kleine Nacht-Musik, this is Lionel Messi, this beer is the best beer I have ever had the pleasure to drink and I knew this so I had to go halves for another can considering it was £7 a go. I know a few people who have not been overly keen on this beer on recent kegs, but as I had mine relatively fresh and from a can this could be the difference maker, however these recent opinions won't deter or cloud my outstanding memory and euphoria drinking this.
